Communication Campaigns, Programs, and Events

Published on

When embarking on new projects, I seek to achieve a state of flow, whether creating content on my own, or collaborating with a team to design and execute an exceptional event or experience. Below are some examples of flow-state campaigns I have been fortunate to lead or be a participant.

Employee Appreciation Day Events for 500 - 1,100 employees

  • Drafted CEO appreciation communication
  • Collaborated with a team to plan, budget, and execute experiences such as: onsite food trucks, picnics, food delivery by senior management, swag bags, etc., while also responsible for drafting and deploying all related messaging (Save the Date, email invites, intranet promotions, etc.)

Mission, Vision and Values Campaign
As part of a company rebrand and renaming effort, led a year-long campaign to foster a values-based culture. I partnered with the in-house creative team for graphics and video support. I drafted all CEO, senior management, and internal communications related messaging for emails, intranet content, town hall meetings, and more. Deliverables included monthly leader and employee testimonial videos, online puzzles, infographics, and Spotify playlists featuring music selected by employees that exemplified company values.

Social Media Program Development
Oversaw implementation of engagement process, policies, social media training, editorial schedule, social listening approach, and analytics reporting.

Employee Conference
Drafted all communications and managed six-week campaign to promote annual employee offsite conference for 1,100 attendees. Partnered with in-house creative for graphics and video, app, and registration support. Drafted CEO's TED-talk-style speech highlighting corporate strategy, mission, vision, and values. Ninety percent of employees surveyed indicated the communications campaign generated excitement and feelings of preparedness for the event.

        Social Responsibility Campaigns
I love working at companies that take their role as a community advocate and supporter seriously. I also love leading campaigns that generate awareness, raise significant dollars, and make a positive impact. From 2019-2020, I participated in cross-functional teams with the responsibility of raising funds for key initiatives our company cared about. I served as the lead for all communication deliverables (drafting, producing, and distributing) and below was the result of our campaign efforts.
